Call for Papers

 

The BBG Online Journal, the only electronic refereed journal dedicated to the
study of governance issues in for-profit and non-profit organizations, invites submissions for possible publication. Submissions provide an opportunity for academics, government departments, and members of the public and private service sector to share the latest thinking on all aspects of board governance.

 

The BBG Online Journal publishes a wide range of governance articles, including theory pieces, empirical research studies, essays, book reviews, and editorials. Other formats may also be considered.  Topics may include, but are not limited to, Board Governance, Board Communication, Board Meetings, Board Committees, Director Selection, Director Training, Director Evaluation, Director Compensation, Fundamental Duties of Directors, SEC and Exchange Requirements, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and Dealing with Shareowners.
