Training Capabilities
Better Board Governance offers a full range of training options for intact boards, board committees or for individual board members or senior officers.
BBG training primarily is face-to-face, but BBG supplements its offerings with sophisticated online assessment and feedback tools. BBG training can be delivered onsite or at a location convenient for members of a company’s board to gather. Alternatives to onsite training include one or more board members attending one of the scheduled seminars that BBG offers.
BBG also provides Individual coaching for directors, chairmen or other senior executives as necessary.
