Onsite Training
After identifying a particular need for customized in-house training, one or more of BBG trainers will lead the entire board or members of the audit, governance or compensation committees through a rigorous training session that involves readings, information sharing, discussions, exercises and self reflection. Sessions may include a wide range of topics including, Role and Responsibilities of Board Members, Sarbanes-Oxley Act Requirements, and Successful Meeting Management.
