Seminars
BBG seminars allows individual board members to attend a comprehensive, structured training session and interact with board members from other companies. These day and a half seminars cover the following topics: Fundamental Duties of Directors, SEC and Exchange Requirements, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Dealing with Shareowners, and Building Productive Boards Through Communication, among others.
